Abstract: This report focuses on developing a theoretical basis from which to draw pedagogical evaluation criteria. The aim of this report is not to perform a comprehensive evaluation of currently available systems, the fast pace of development in this field would quickly make any such attempt obsolete. Instead we have opted for the potentially more useful approach of developing an evaluation model based on pedagogic criteria for effective resource-based, collaborative learning.
